Turkish Get up

Rest 5 min and then:

“Kelly”

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

    33:00 (about) Although I am VERY dissapointed about my time I am pretty thrilled I got through it after doing fran & the tabata the last two days. BODY IS SORE :) Thank you J.Awesome…you are the best!!!!!!!!
