WOD:
“Tabata something else”
Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the Squat, Pullups, Sit-ups, and Push-ups . Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the four stations.

Way to kick ass Marnie & Phil….I got 37 (that is the combined lowest score from each station)..I used a band for the pull-ups, everything else was legit. After doing Fran yesterday this REALLY SUCKED…in a good way :) Thanks for the encouragement guys!!

Yeah Jess and Phil way to rock it!! Well i was a sissy with my push ups being on my
knees, boo!!! My Chest was killing me from max bech press yesterday.. Overall 37
too feel like my pull ups are getting much better.. Thanks to my great coach!!!
