WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

315 lb deadlifts, 3 reps/
Hanstand pushups, 5 reps/
Knees 2 elbows, 7 reps

    This was a great WOD, me and Phul went Head-2-head and knocked some rounds out- big props to Big Phil for doing a PR of HSPU’s:
    Phil- 10 Rnds+3DL+1 HSPU
    Me- 12 Rnds+ 3 DL (my low bac is not quite pleased w/ the whole experience)
