I HATE ROPES-soo high, thanks J for keepin me going, it sucked, ropes were all that slowed me down.

Sorry forgot to give my shout out to Rich….wish I could give you a “holla” but I am not quite that cool!! So I will just say I miss you too….my weeks don’t feel quite as complete w/o a little Dick Power in them :) But I am training hard for our big spar!!!!
