Warm-up:
Inch worms, 10/
Walking Pistols, 10/
10 clapping pushups

Push Jerk:
1-1-1-1-1

rest 10 and then:

“Jessie”

5 rounds for time of:
Dumbbell walking lunge, 30 steps, 45/25lbs/
Ring Dips, 21 reps/
10 Standing Broad jumps, 6 ft minimum

    7 Hand Stand Push Ups

    BTW - My warm-up consisted of the following:

    Burgener x3
    Burpees x10
    Air Squats x10

    Rest 2 minutes then:

    Double Unders x20
    total 5 rounds with 10 second rests between - broke once during 2nd and 4th round

    Rest 2 munutes then:
    TGU w/ 1.5 pood kb x10 (5 each side)

    I feel like jd has his own workout blog, f’n rogue. Hit 215 in the push jerks, thinking 220 woukd have been doable if I would have paced the weight better. 1919 on Jessie, great dedication, reallllllly tough wod for me. We live u deb!
